1. Digital Products

All products sold on Elite Modifications are digital assets for use within FiveM. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a license to use the digital content
• The license is non-transferable and for personal use only
• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our products is strictly prohibited
• Modifications or reverse engineering of our products is not permitted

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery of access upon purchase, we maintain a strict NO REFUND policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All sales are final
• No refunds will be issued once the digital product has been delivered
• No refunds will be provided for claims of incompatibility or changed requirements
• No refunds will be provided for accidental purchases
• No chargebacks are permitted (any chargeback attempts may result in account termination)

3. License Terms

Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the product under these conditions:

• License is valid for a single FiveM server instance
• License keys are monitored and validated
• Unauthorized use or sharing will result in license termination
• Updates are provided at our discretion

4. User Accounts

To purchase and use our products, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not share your account access with others
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

5. Product Updates

While we strive to maintain and update our products:

• Updates are provided at our discretion
• We do not guarantee compatibility with future FiveM updates

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any damages or losses
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all systems
• We are not responsible for misuse of our products
