Terms of Service

By accessing and using Elite Modifications ("we", "our" or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital products

All products sold on Elite Modifications are digital assets for use within FiveM. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing a license to use the digital content
  • The license is non-transferable and for personal use only
  • Redistribution, resale or sharing of our products is strictly prohibited
  • Modification or reverse engineering of our products is not permitted

2. Delivery

Products are delivered as file downloads from the purchases page of your account as soon as payment is confirmed. Preorder products become downloadable on release.

3. No refund policy

Because downloads are available immediately after purchase, we maintain a strict no refund policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds will be issued once the product is available to download
  • No refunds will be provided for claims of incompatibility or changed requirements
  • No refunds will be provided for accidental purchases
  • No chargebacks are permitted, and chargeback attempts may result in account termination

4. License terms

Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the product under these conditions:

  • The license is valid for a single FiveM server instance
  • License keys are monitored and validated
  • Unauthorized use or sharing will result in license termination
  • Updates are provided at our discretion

5. User accounts

To purchase and use our products, you must:

  • Sign in with a Discord account that you own
  • Maintain the security of your Discord account
  • Not share your account access with others
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

6. Product updates

While we strive to maintain and update our products:

  • Updates are provided at our discretion
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with future FiveM updates
  • Support is provided on a best effort basis
  • Product features may change over time

7. Intellectual property

All products, code, designs and content remain our exclusive property. You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce our products
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Reverse engineer our code
  • Remove copyright notices or branding

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our products and services:

  • For violation of these terms
  • For fraudulent activity or chargebacks
  • For sharing or redistributing our products
  • At our discretion without prior notice

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide products "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for any damages or losses
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with all systems
  • We are not responsible for misuse of our products

10. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
